I build you an assistant that reads your email, calendar and files, drafts the replies you write every week, and chases the people who owe you something. It takes about two weeks, and then it’s yours.
What it does
What’s due, what’s overdue, and what’s sitting there waiting on a decision from you.
The same six questions come in. It answers them in your wording. You send, or you fix it first.
Documents, signatures, unpaid invoices. It keeps the list and writes the follow-ups.
Notes in, actions out. Who does what by when, and a message confirming it.
It has read your files and your mail, so you ask it instead of digging.
What you actually get
Your assistant
Three things need you today.
The Hendersons still haven’t sent their year-end paperwork. Third ask. I’ve drafted a firmer one — it’s in your drafts.
Invoice 2214 is 41 days out. You said to flag anything past 30.
Marla asked on Friday whether you can take on her sister’s books. You haven’t answered.
Two other things came in overnight. Neither needs you today.
An example, not a real client’s. Yours would use your names, your thresholds, and the things you’ve told it to watch.
Straight answers
A lot is being oversold right now. Here are the limits, before you spend twenty minutes on a call.
How it goes
An hour together on your actual week. What lands on you, what you repeat, what you forget.
I build it, and we set the permissions together so you see exactly what it reaches.
You use it while I’m still on hand. I fix whatever doesn’t sound like you.
It keeps running. I check in monthly.
What it costs
Built around how you work, installed, and adjusted with you until it sounds right.
I keep it working, and once a month you hand me one thing to add or change. Cancel whenever.
Cancelling doesn’t switch it off. It lives in your account, not on my server, so it carries on without me. The only thing you buy is your own Claude subscription, about $30 a month, paid to them rather than to me.
Administrative assistants in Alberta earn a median of $26.43 an hour — Government of Canada Job Bank, occupation 24789.
Fit
Before you book
Twenty minutes, and it’s mostly me asking what your week looks like. If it isn’t a fit I’ll say so on the call, not after. If it is, you’ll know what it costs and when it’s working before you decide anything.
Becky Tsadilas Building operations systems for small businesses since 2018. The last reporting build I did took a quarterly report from about forty hours down to about four — a different job to this one, and I’ll walk you through it if you want to see how I work.
